What we build — 01
We are a single-source residential contractor. Architecture, MEP, structure, finishes, and handover are all delivered by Trust Estate teams — never sub-let to a separate construction firm. One contract, one site engineer, one schedule.
Custom homes from 500 sq yd up to 8 kanal. Average build, 14 months on a 2-kanal residence.
Sensitive rebuilds of older Karachi and Lahore homes — including structural reinforcement.
Restoration work on pre-1947 properties, in collaboration with Sindh Heritage where required.
Process — 02
A typical project runs eighteen months from first plot visit to keys in hand. Each stage closes with a written sign-off — yours and ours.
We visit the plot, measure it ourselves, and pull soil and bylaw data. You receive a written feasibility note within ten working days — what the plot can take, what it cannot, and a working budget band.
Six to eight weeks of design. We meet weekly. You leave with three schemes, one preferred direction, and a fixed scope-of-finishes you've signed.
We prepare full architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, and route them through SBCA / LDA / CDA on your behalf. Approvals typically take 8–14 weeks.
Excavation, raft, columns, slabs, brickwork, plaster. Roughly 7–9 months on a 2-kanal home. You see weekly photographs and a monthly site walkthrough.
Stone, marble, joinery, plumbing fixtures, lighting, electricals. Run by our interiors team in parallel with the construction crew, on the same drawings.
Walkthrough, snag list, fix list, completion certificate. We then carry a 12-month defects-liability period — anything that fails is fixed at our cost.
