Trust Estate began with a single 500-yard plot in Phase VI, Karachi — and the conviction that a home should be built by the people who designed it. Sixteen years on, we remain a single studio: architects, interior designers, and construction crews working under one roof, on one set of drawings, for one client at a time.

Six commitments we make to every client, every drawing, every site. Written down so they can be held to.
The team — 03
Our architects sit twenty feet from our site engineers. The interiors lead reviews shop drawings with the joinery team in person, every Thursday. The studio is small on purpose.
How we work — 04
The first meeting is always at the plot. The second meeting, two weeks later, is at the studio with a sketchbook. By month three you have plans, a budget, a delivery date — and the same five people you'll see on site every week for the next fourteen months.
