A construction studio rooted in Pakistani craft.

Trust Estate is a Karachi-based design and construction studio building considered residences across Pakistan. We pair contemporary architecture with the tactile, climate-aware traditions of the subcontinent — courtyards, jaali screens, lime plaster, and locally-quarried stone.
